About Sharon Bayne

BSc (Hons) MSc LLM CEnv MCIEEM Director

Sharon is an environmental professional of over 25 years standing, with a background in nature conservation and ecology. She has broadened this experience to include strategic and spatial planning, recreation, tourism, regeneration, environmental law, community development and stakeholder engagement. She has been a full member of the Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management since 2002 and is a Chartered Environmentalist. She holds two Masters degrees: in ecological restoration by research (MSc) and a Master of Laws degree in Environmental Law and Management (Distinction). Her LLM explored the role of biodiversity offsetting within the Town and Country Planning System and the role of strategic environmental planning.

The multi-disciplinary nature and depth of Sharon’s experience means that she brings a comprehensive understanding of a range of areas to all projects, alongside scientific and methodological rigour. She is accomplished in writing clear, well-presented reports which convey complex matters in an easy-to-read format.

Sharon also works with a number of highly experienced associates.
